Meat hates me and I am starting to hate it back.

The past few months, I have been on week long meat fasts. I’ve been abstaining from eating any kind of meat for 7 days on and 7 days off. WELL!!!! I have to say that now every time I eat meat my body REJECTS IT. While my goal in this wasn’t to become a vegetarian it seems that is what is in the cards for me.

So I will be looking for meatless recipes and sharing them with you all. I will say that veganism isn’t in the cards for me… so meals can and probably will include eggs, cheese and milk. SO SORRY!
